You know, I just now had the chance to read your your comments on leadership, you know, all that youve said is so true. The fact tyhat everyone has his or her own ideas of how to organize and lead certain people to achieve a common goal, that in itself is leadership………….keep up the good work.

Nice definitions here.I think leadership styles are changing to be more collaborative and inclusive, so your style is coming more into fashion. There is more of a turning leaders back toward the team, and tapping into everyone's contribution, which is natural to you.

And I think your post on leadership displays a lot of leadership – because you express a unique perspective. Ironic, huh!

Hi Alice,

I think what I'm trying to say is that everyone can be a leader – that everyone has the potential to display different leadership qualities. It's just a matter of time, effort, desire, and opportunity to develop those leadership skills.

The problem I have is that we often recognize very narrow forms of leadership, and don't give credit to the many types of successful leadership styles out there.
