I think what I’m trying to say is that everyone can be a leader – that everyone has the potential to display different leadership qualities. It’s just a matter of time, effort, desire, and opportunity to develop those leadership skills.

The problem I have is that we often recognize very narrow forms of leadership, and don’t give credit to the many types of successful leadership styles out there.
