PS: I wouldn’t know anything because I’m not a med student (nor am I even in the sciences), but… it may also be a good thing that you sometimes feel like an ‘outsider’.

I mean, I figure that getting sucked into the world of school and spewing jargon in convos everyday will not allow for a balanced character! Sometimes it’s safer to be able to step out of it all, esp in smth as rigorous as school… so that you can keep your personality even if everything else changes!

When you’re in medical school, throwing anatomy terms around in random conversation is essentially normal, though I personally haven’t gotten to that point yet… though I’d imagine it’s because I don’t know enough haha.
