It also doesn't help that our all provinces/territories manage health care a bit differently, and some things that can be done in some provinces/territories can't be done in others. Sometimes a lot of the articles generalize (without providing exceptions), and you're left thinking that a bunch of articles are contradicting each other (when in fact, it's mostly because policies and regulations for health care aren't necessarily the same across Canada) Hey Carla,
